Welcome

Dionysos moved to the Pest bank of the River Danube on New Year's Eve 1993 and has since delighted the dwellers of our city with delicacies of Greek cuisine and delicious wine of its vineyards. Upon entering through the blue door we find ourselves on the streets of a Greek small town. We are walking on polished cobble stones, white walls, and colorfully painted windows smile at us.

We could go on and on about how it is like to be the guest of Taverna Dionysos but no description can properly present the atmosphere, the flavors and the fragrances.

We hope you visit us soon so that we may entertain you for a few hours here in little Greece of Budapest!
